I'm
writing this section as only questions
and opinions to share with friends of common interest and
nothing more. The rest is up to the curious reader.
I feel blessed to have stumbled across the 5000 year old
world of natural medicine and for myself I find it to be one of the
single most important truths out there in preserving life. Yet,
farthest from daily life and reality in the US. Go figure? Drugs are
now the biggest business out there supporting tv networks to further
the case. If I could predict one thing that is sure to happen and
possibly change the direction of America, I see an
American Medical Revolution taking place within the next 5
years. It's up to us to speak out. American at the
same time are portrayed as people of impatience,
corruption, and selfishness. Were just too busy to
care.
Over the last 100
years Americans have slowly been converting the fluids in
their bodies from an Alkaline to an Acid PH. So? Our bodies
ability to fight disease is directly related to the bodies
ph being high (alkaline) or low (acid). Our bodies
prefered battle ground for fighting disease which is something
it does for itself, naturally, demands a Neutral or Alkaline PH.
Forget the same results with an acid ph. Diease like
cancer thrives in a acid ph and dies in an alkaline ph.
Is you body in a Regenerative or a
Degenerative state? Simply put, Regenerative means your
body is functioning properly, making changes, fixing itself, able to
heal, fight things that are a threat, etc. It demands a properly
functioning Liver and Kidney working to clean your body of Toxins
and Bad stuff. Degenerative state is when your body is not
fighting anything but instead pretty much letting thing happen as
they may, no rules apply. Disease, virus, germs, parasites, you name
it, their all welcome. What does PH have to do with this?
As heard time and time
again, we are what we eat. In one ear and out the other? But
examine this. What is an preservative. Basically it a little bit of
acid added to something to keep anything from growing in it. To give
it a shelf life. To keep it from spoiling. Everything we
eat now has acid added to it with few exceptions. Is it in a bag?
yes, it's got acid, Is it frozen, maybe , Good Restaurant food,
you bet it does, Coffie or tea, acid, even bottled water gets a
slight dose to fight any growth. Infact it's near impossible to find something we eat without
the acid or the friendlier term, Preservative.
Much of the overeating problems in
todays society are a result of not getting what we need in or water
and then turning to food to try and get it there. We eat and eat and
never find it. It's in the good water which is not bottled water.
When we take the bad stuff out of the water we end up taking the
good stuff out as well. Bottled water is not helping our bodies rid
itself of the toxins we eat daily. Soybean oil is another problem
that creates a superfat that is not broken down by bottled water.
The best water is medical grade ionized water that has the minerals
put back in it. It's the magnetic attraction of water to toxins that
is how the body gets cleaned. You liver and kidney are the filters
that clean the blood, etc. When they get clogged up it's no
different from a clogged sink. The spillover and the mess. Would you
knowingly do that to you body?
Now for the good stuff: Did you know
celery juice full of living emzimes (eating living foods) on contact
converts an acid to and alkaline. It's also a great antiacid. A
juicer is a great investment for you health, I do carrot, beet, and
celery juice almost daily. It fights to keep our body's ph in
the alkaline state. I also do the seavegg brand seakelp which is 10
times richer in vitamins and minerals than the best land grown
vegetable out there. And don't forget the omega 3 fish oil to
help arteries. I drink water from a Jupiter Melody which provides me
with energy naturally thru minerals (no caffine) that are not in
store bought bottled water. Water is the most important thing we put
in our body followed by food... Take your health back and spead the
word to help others.
